Managing Partner
Dipak is responsible for shaping the firm’s investment philosophy and finding opportunities for deploying capital through commercial, retail and residential projects. Over the past 30 years he has developed investments totaling over $100M across numerous asset classes.
Nish Patel
Partner
Nish is responsible for identifying sectors for growth and expanding the investment lens outside of the real estate sector.
He has over a decade of experience operating online startup companies including raising capital and wearing multiple hats through his start-up journey. A true operator he has leveraged his knowhow to expand his teachings to AAN Ventures’ portfolio companies.
Bijal Patel
Partner
Bijal is responsible for overseeing client relationship management and funding activities, ensuring the successful alignment of business objectives with client needs. With over 20 years of experience in information technology and business operations within the financial sector, she brings a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Aayush Patel
Partner
Aayush specializes in growth equity in the real estate sector – both commercial and residential. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
